All of our Womer Frenchies are AKC registered before they go home but will send paperwork to new owners after the pup has been altered and a spay/neuter certificate or a signed receipt is sent to Womerfrenchies@gmail.com with Veterinarian’s signature.
All Womer Frenchies that are placed with Breeders will receive paperwork at the time of transfer.
All Womer Frenchies that are in the Family Partner Program will receive the final paperwork when the pup has retired from the program.
We guarantee that all of our Womer Frenchies are in good health at the time of placement in their new homes and will come with 1 to 2 rounds of vaccinations depending on the maturity of the pup.
We require a non-refundable deposit to hold a Womer Frenchies until it is ready to go to its new home.
All sales are final. Payment options: For deposit, we accept Cash, Zelle, Paypal, or Square payment. Final payment: paid in full via cash at the time of pickup or drop off.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a Womer Frenchies to anyone for any reason.
We provide a two-year health guarantee for all Womer Frenchies (be sure to read and prepare any questions you may have in your interview).
We will take back a Womer Frenchies at any time during its life if the new owner cannot keep it. We are For Life Support Breeders. No refund will be given.
In the event a Breeder passes away all Womer Frenchies will come back to us
We will provide all necessary information and support to help new owners properly care for their Womer Frenchies. We are a text or phone call away.
We will not sell Womer Frenchies to anyone who intends to use it for breeding without our prior written consent with contact. If this is to be found out there will be legal action taken and you may forfeit your right to the ownership of said Womer Frenchie.
We are not responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred after the Womer Frenchies leave our possession unless specified in our contract.
The buyer agrees to these terms and conditions by purchasing a Womer Frenchies from us.
